Organizational culture is one of these few features that every organization must incorporate. An organization has to have culture in order to execute its functionalities aiming to meet its goals and objectives. Generally, organizational culture is covered in the organizational management and studies field. It is used to describe various attitudes, experiences, psychology, values and beliefs of an organization. In addition to this is that organizational culture encompasses of diverse norms and values shared by groups and people of various organizations which in turn controls the interaction between the organization and its external stakeholders.
Importance of culture in our life
Language is an important part of our lives. It is a uniquely human gift which lets us communicate and differentiates us from primates. But language is much more than just a means of communication. It is also an inseparable part of our culture. Noam Chomsky, one of the most well known linguists in the world, argues that all languages are dialects of one language, which is the human language.
Everyone around you will have similarities and differences, there is a reason we are all individual people, we are all different and have something different to offer. Cultural values and beliefs provide a framework for people to make assumptions about and respond to their situations and or circumstances. Culture also strongly influences perceptions and expectations.
